Road Safety Week is all about schools, organisations and communities taking action to promote road safety and help save lives. Each year thousands get involved and you can too. There are endless ways to take part, from promoting the 'Brake Pledge', to putting up posters, to running a workshop or assembly, to launching a local campaign for safer streets.

Register now to be emailed a FREE action pack (sent from September onwards) packed with resources and advice to help you take part. It includes downloadable posters, web banners and other tools to help you raise awareness, plus ideas and examples of activities you can run in the Week.

You can also find ideas now on ways schools, communities, organisations and professionals can get involved using the menu above, and find examples of what happened in previous years on our 'You did it!' page.

You can also browse and order RSW balloons, banners, t-shirts and other resources aimed at different audiences (some free!) in Brake's shop, and find out how to sponsor one of our giant awareness-raising banners in your community.

Have a look at our new interactive resource, and share it with friends, family and colleagues to spread the 'Drive less, live more' message.

However you're thinking of getting involved, please consider fundraising for Brake too! Fundraisers can be great fun and help you get people on board with the road safety cause. See our fundraising ideas, or fundraise in your own way. If you plan to fundraise, we can provide a free pack to help you. Tick the fundraising box when you register for RSW, or contact Lisa on This email address is being protected from spambots.
